Terms of Payment and Delivery

The following terms of payment and shipping are related to all the orders, as well as all the information on our website.

General information:

1. If you visit the website or place an order on buy-postage-stamps.com, you accept these terms.
2. Sending goods is carried out by our Company so the customer should contact us for any questions first of all.
3. Delivery is carried out depending on existence of the goods. If the goods have been paid already, but happened to be out-of-stock, we’ll reimburse your money.
4. You can choose the prices in euro, dollars or Russian rubles. Shipping isn't included in the prices of our goods and pays off separately after the purchase is completed.
5. Our company registers and prepares delivery of orders only after they have been paid for.
6. А payment occurs during the order registration, so you can choose one of the payment methods.
7. As a rule, we send the order within three (3) working days from the moment of receiving payment, or not later than ten (10) working days from the moment of receiving the payment. If the departure of the order can't be made in the specified terms, you’ll receive the notification. Besides, you have the right to cancel the order up to the moment of its departure (cancellation is accepted only in writing).
8. The order will be delivered to the customer (or his agent). Delivery time can vary considerably and depends on service of (local) post services or organizations. Our Company reserves the right to choose the organization to carry out the delivery.
9. The images of the stamps in our market are samples. An actual material can differ from the shown in an arrangement and the sizes of selvages, a combination of stamps in se-tenants, other numbers on blocks and sheets if there are any.
10. As soon as the customer receives a parcel, he is obliged to check the goods it contains. If find any discrepancies, the customer should declare and describe them within one (1) month in writing. If we establish that the goods really don't correspond to the original description on the site, as soon as our Company gets them back, we can send the replacement for these goods or reimburse your money, including the cost of the order and the amount spent on sending the parcel back.
11. If the customer doesn't want to keep any item for any reason, he has the right to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery. We accept returned goods only in case we’d received a written warning, the packaging is intact, and the product is in the same condition the Company has sent it. After the company received the goods and check it, we’ll reimburse your money. Shipping goods back is paid by the customer.
